Hi! My name is Bekah and I am a wife, mom of two little girls and an interior designer. I love to create and I love all things HOME!

I love homes and home transformations. While I have a degree in interior design, my love for renovations comes from my Dad. A now retired Cleveland Firefighter, my Dad has also been a contractor and talented finish carpenter for 30 + years. Every house I lived in growing up inevitably became a construction zone, and I have fond memories of going to work with my dad starting at a young age.

After graduating college I began working for a dream interior design firm that specializes in design and construction. My boss and mentor has and continues to give me opportunities to hone in on my personal style while working & designing for incredible clients.

My husband Chase, who I also need to brag on for a second, is very handy. His career is in electrical engineering, but He's usually the one behind the scenes (where he'd prefer to be) helping to make all the projects happen. Chase also grew up working on house projects with his parents and has a background in construction. Since we started dating Chase has always been my biggest help, supporter & muscle. From refinishing and building furniture together, to all of the crazy DIY home decor projects I've dreamt up - I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else!

We were so limited in price range when shopping for our first home in 2019. We knew any house we found would need fixing up. The house we ended up purchasing was a brick ranch with a walkout basement that was quite neglected. With some help from our families and a lot of elbow grease we were able to turn a run down ranch into a charming home.

I had every ambition of posting about our home transformation while we were working on it. But with an almost two year old, a second baby on the way, and a house under construction, the creative energy was not there. We finished our renovation and sold our house this spring and have so many photos of our house - I'd love to share the transformation with you anyway! I'd also love to have you follow along in real time on our upcoming projects on our home new in Florida! (pictured below)
